RECOMMENDED USE OR PURPOSE: Training supplement. Athletic supplement. Source of protein for the maintenance of good health. Source of protein to promote tissue production and repair. Source of amino acids that play a role in muscle protein synthesis. Helps build muscle mass / lean muscle when used in combination with regular weight training and a balanced diet.
RECOMMENDED DOSE: Adults. Take 1 scoop, up to 3 times a day. Mix the product well in 1 or 2 cups of liquid (water, juice, etc.) immediately before consumption. Take a few hours before or after taking other medicines or natural health products.
CAUTIONS: Make sure you drink enough fluids before, during, and after exercise. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant and breastfeeding, or if you have liver or kidney disease. This product contains milk byproducts.
CONTRAINDICATIONS: If you are allergic to milk, do not use this product.
