Arginine is an amino acid that participates in the metabolic pathway that produces nitric oxide (NO).

This amino acid is responsible for the vasodilatation of blood vessels which offers a better blood flow and an intense muscular pump.

Arginine is the principal and most essential ingredient of all pre-workout products.
